All orders are taken on a month-to-month basis. This prevents me from booking up too far in advance, too quickly. All ordering windows open on the 15th of the previous month, for example- if you have an order for March, the ordering window will open on February 15th. This does not apply for weddings- please see the Wedding page for more details!
Please include the following information in your message:
Date of event
Number of people expected at event
Theme of party/cake decorations
Any other specific details pertaining to your order
Most orders will require a 50% deposit at the time of placement. This secures the date and allows me to prepare the necessary tools/materials. For pick up, the remaining balance can be paid at that time. For delivery, the remaining must be paid prior to drop off.
Refund Policy (situational):
2+ weeks prior: Full refunds can be provided
1-2 weeks prior: Client forfeits the 50% deposit but will be refunded any amount over
-1 week: No refunds can be provided
Due to the customized nature of each order, the ability to make certain last minute changes is under my discretion.
Cash, checks, Venmo and all major credit cards are happily accepted. Please make checks payable to Blackbird Pastries.
Please inform me of any potential allergies when placing the order. Keep in mind I do work with common allergens such as nuts and flours, however depending on the severity of the allergy, more caution can be taken when preparing your order.
